If crossing the finish line after running or walking 26.2 miles or 13.1 miles, cycling 100 miles,
completing a triathlon or hiking adventure while helping cure deadly diseases are things you've always wanted to accomplish,
perhaps signing up for an endurance event is something to consider. Endurance events include events like long-distance walks, runs or cycling events. It’s normal for these events to take multiple days.
If a Marathon or Triathlon Isn't Your Thing, There is an Alternative.
An easier challenge would be a 5K or 10K run or walk. These can be somewhat
challenging they usually do not require major training.
